The Role:

This position is part of our high energy sales team and is largely focused on helping our team effectively and efficiently build proposals and project scopes for our net new client projects. As a Sales Accessibility Analyst, you will assume a pivotal role in championing digital accessibility for individuals of all abilities. You will serve as both an evaluator and a guide, assessing the structure of potential client’s websites and applications while also helping outline the path to a more inclusive digital presence through comprehensive project proposals.

You will become a trusted advisor to our sales team, aiding them in recognizing the recommended project scope and plan for driving pricing and project analysis. Through meticulous website and application assessments, you will identify key project templates and components that our team should use to help our perspective clients build a roadmap for their accessibility project plans. Your proposals will be the compass that navigates clients through the intricacies of accessibility enhancements, outlining clear scopes of work and precise pricing structures that balance competitiveness and sustainability.

This is a contract role and requires willingness to work within Allyant’s core working hours of 9am - 5pm EST/CST (North America).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client websites and applications to determine their current technical structure and templates.
  • Develop detailed project proposals that outline the scope of work, accessibility improvements required, and the timeline for completion.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of accessibility improvements and the potential impact on the client's user base.
    Calculate accurate cost estimates for accessibility projects, including labor, software, and any additional resources required.
  • Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine project scopes and pricing based on their specific needs and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of all proposals, communications, and project details.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and management teams on proposal status and conversion rates. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • AA or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
  • 1-3 years of Project Management experience in a technology focused role.
  • Experience in proposal/SOW development and pricing estimation is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. 
  • Proficiency in using accessibility testing tools and software is a plus.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in all programs within Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and handle difficult situations independently.
  • Willingness to work within Allyant core working hours of 9am - 5pm EST/CST (North America).
