To support our growing team, we are looking for a strong communicator based in Belgrade to actively drive our business expansion across the German-speaking market (DACH / Switzerland).

Your Responsibilities

• Cold Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, generate interest in our software and marketing solutions, and schedule qualification meetings.
• Support & Customer Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling inquiries and providing first-level support.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain clean records of all activities in our CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.

What You Bring to the Table

• Language Skills: Business fluent German (C1/C2) is required. Understanding or speaking Swiss German is a huge plus.
• Sales Mindset: Comfortable on the phone, articulate, persuasive, and resilient when facing a "no."
• Experience: Background in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or call center environments is an advantage.
• Digital Affinity: Genuine interest in software, automation, and digital marketing.
• Independence: Reliable, structured, and self-motivated when working from home.
