The Role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Independent Sales Agent to spearhead our growth in Serbia. The ideal candidate will be our "ambassador" on the ground, connecting our premium Italian products with local architects, construction companies, distributors, and high-end showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Serbia.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the building and interior design industry.
• Conduct frequent on-site visits to customers and project sites throughout the country.
• Provide technical consultations on our product range (Wood, SPC, Exterior).
• Represent BGP Group at local trade fairs and networking events.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in the building materials sector (flooring experience is a strong plus).
• Network: You possess an existing network of contacts within the Serbian construction and architecture community.
• Communication: Fluency in English(written and spoken) is essential for reporting and coordination with our Italian headquarters.
• Mobility: Full driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within Serbia.
