Sales Back Officer

Job description

• You will be working on a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers, frontline sales and logistics.
• You will be following result-oriented processes and practices, on achieving objectives in tight integration with the frontline sales team.
• You will be involved in tele-sales related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of product offerings based on customer requirements and up-selling or cross selling wherever required and in logistics work to export our goods.
• Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be part of the job.

Your professional profile

• Fluent in English is mandatory
• At least basic level of German would be considered as advantage
• University degree or gymnasium diploma
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Working experience in the administration or telemarketing job position would be considered as advantage
• Technical background would be considered as advantage.
