Sales & Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) — Fully Remote | Morning, Evening & Night Shift

Your Tasks

You're the first person a customer talks to, and often the only one. That means two jobs at once: solving problems quickly, and spotting the moment where a conversation can become a sale.

• Handle incoming messages across our website live chat, eBay, and other marketplaces we expand to
• Process complaints, order questions and return requests, and see them through to a resolution the customer is happy with
• Turn support conversations into sales: recommend the right product, upsell and cross-sell where it genuinely fits the customer
• Test and split-test different sales approaches — different openers, different recommendation timing, different bundle offers — and report back on what actually converts
• Support live Twitch streams by handling viewer questions and inbox requests in real time while the stream is running
• Feed recurring questions and complaints back to the team so we can fix the underlying issue

Requirements

• Fast, accurate typing — you'll often be running several conversations at once
• Proficient English, written and spoken
• A stable, fast internet connection and a quiet place to work — remote means we're trusting your setup
• Comfort with heavy context switching: a return request, a pricing question, and a high-value sale can all land within the same minute
• Speed and adaptability — problems here rarely arrive in the same shape twice
• Self-discipline. Nobody's looking over your shoulder, and your shift starts on time regardless
• Reliability on your shift, including if that shift is the night one

Nice to have, not required

• Experience in customer service, live chat, or e-commerce
• German language skills
• Familiarity with trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, sports cards) — you'll pick this up either way, but a head start helps
• Experience with eBay seller tools or helpdesk software
• Previous remote work experience
