The Role:

We're seeking an Inbox Manager to manage responses to our campaigns and optimize our lead-to-meeting conversion process, with clear progression into broader marketing responsibilities.

• Own the full conversion process from interested leads to booked sales meetings
• Maintain and exceed our 30% baseline conversion rate
• Lead coordination with our team of 3 research analysts
• Work closely with our cofounders on campaign strategy
• Implement cutting-edge AI in sales development workflows
