SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) – US MARKET

Remote | Part-Time (30 Hours per Week)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing US-based outbound sales agency specializing in appointment setting and lead generation for technology companies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling, and wants to build a long-term career in sales. Previous SDR experience is welcome, but we are also open to candidates coming from customer support, customer success, account management, business development, recruitment, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.

The most important qualities are strong communication skills, excellent English with a native or near-native accent, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research potential prospects
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls
  • Schedule meetings for clients' sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Collaborate closely with team members and managers
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Meet and exceed activity and performance targets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a native or near-native accent
  • Confidence communicating with US-based prospects
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, customer success, business development, account management, recruitment, or another client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
  • Ability to work during US business hours (ET - PT)
