Summary
This role combines both farmer and hunter responsibilities, with a primary focus on cloud communications and IoT solutions. It emphasizes a balanced approach to nurturing existing clients while driving new opportunities. Availability for limited overlap with the EST time zone is considered advantageous for cross‑regional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- You execute a multi-channel outreach strategy, leveraging email (value-driven and relevant messaging), LinkedIn (credibility-building), and phone outreach (personal and relationship-focused).
- You develop and maintain a strong prospecting cadence and structured follow-up strategy to consistently engage prospects.
- You prioritize prospects effectively based on company size, industry/vertical, geographic market, and core business alignment.
- You regularly incorporate new BICS product launches, geographic expansions, and strategic partnerships into prospect communication and outreach.
- You conduct ongoing follow-ups that introduce new value, insights, or opportunities, going beyond simple “checking in” messages.
Your Profile
- You have 1+ years of experience in sales, working with clients.
- You are proactive and persistent in reaching out to new clients.
- You are a team player ready for collaboration.
- You are open to learning new things.
- You adapt easily in client-facing work.
- You are interested in technology and have a general understanding of it.
- Your knowledge of cloud technologies is considered an advantage.
- You own excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
- Your Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
