Purpose of the function:
Responsible for selling and specifying the Wilo product range and promoting the sale of the Company’s products and services to customers.
Main Accountabilities:
- Being the representative of WILO in a designated geographical area in order to create awareness for WILO products and services
- Being the primary contact for customer relationship management (prospects and existing customers) by organizing customer visits and events
- Ensure the correct and entire recording and maintenance of customer data in the country database
- Ensure that WILO products are placed in the distribution channels of the relevant customers
- Influence our customers to install and specify WILO Products
- Ensure close cooperation with the local marketing department to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently
- Develop an annual quantitative and qualitative budget to develop specific actions for assigned geographical areas in the context of the sales policy accurately
- Liaise with relevant departments of WILO to safeguard the highest customer satisfaction
- Ensure to work within the pricing and discount policy of the Company
- Carry out prioritization of customers based on a,b, and c analysis
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Master
- High customer orientation
- Communication skills
- Experience at least 3 years
