Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with English-speaking clients over the phone.
• Provide clients with information and guidance regarding the company's products and services in trading, cryptocurrency, and financial markets.
• Present our products and services and guide clients through every stage of the sales process.
• Work with warm leads and potential clients who have already expressed interest in our services (no cold calling).
• Identify clients' needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and track communication activities using our CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and meet established KPIs.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level or higher, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset and a strong motivation to succeed in sales.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and handling objections.
• Responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Interest in financial markets, trading, and cryptocurrencies.

The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:

• Previous experience in Sales, Call Centers, Customer Support, or Account Management.
• Experience in Forex, Trading, Cryptocurrency, FinTech, or iGaming industries.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience working with CRM systems.

• Fixed monthly salary of €1,400.
• Additional commission of €50 per FTD (First-Time Deposit).
