Main Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for protein Accounts in Eastern EU, including the support of ADM distributors.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the central EU market
  • Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
  • Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
  • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Monitoring the market and identify market potential
  • Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in any of the sciences, food science and/or technology or business administration preferred 
  • Experience in the B2B food ingredients business, an understanding of market landscape in plant based protein business will be highly appreciated
  • Application knowledge and commercial contacts to traditional and new plant proteins consuming industries, like Meat alternative, Meat extension, Bakery, Dairy alternative, Specialized Nutrition, Fermentation Process will be an advantage
  • Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region (30%). Valid driving license 
  • Fluent in English, additional foreign languages would be beneficial.
