KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement business activities aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the company’s business operations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while achieving defined sales targets.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and partners, and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for launching new products and services in international markets.
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, offers, and presentations, and lead negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and propose measures for business improvement.
- Represent the company at seminars, trade fairs, professional conferences, and other business events.
- Maintain and update client, sales activity, and business opportunity data in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree: preferably in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Trade, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market and business development, sales, key account management, or similar commercial roles. Experience in foreign trade and export of goods will be considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business development, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience in B2B sales and working with business clients; experience in the sale of construction materials will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of markets, business processes, and business development opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, proactivity, and ability to make business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the English language is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently and attend client meetings.
- Valid Category B driving license is mandatory.
