Your profile

• At least 6.2 level qualifications
• Active knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• At least five years of experience in sales and management, experience in logistics is an advantage
• Negotiation, communication and leadership skills
• Customer relationship management
• Commercial knowledge, price calculation, price strategies and forecasting
• Strong communication skills and strong analytical and strategic competencies
• Strategic, planning and goal-oriented personality
• Proactive way of working focused on finding solutions
• Innovative and creative person, strong in implementation

Your tasks

• Identify new business opportunities, growth areas and customer needs
• Develop existing customer accounts strategically and commercially
• Share market insights and customer expectations
• Act as the connection between the company and the client:
  • Representative of the buyer’s interests internally
  • Representative of the company’s interests externally
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and value creation
• Support existing customers and establish new business relationships
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract overview, duration, expiration and renewals
• Lead price adjustment management, including fuel clauses, road pricing, inflation and other contractual mechanisms
• Drive tender management, customer requirements, commercial positioning and final offer logic
• Monitor the market
• Conduct negotiations related to the conclusion of contracts
• Take responsibility from the first contact to completion, covering the entire sales cycle
