We offer base salary with quarterly paid performance bonus corresponding to monthly average going up Euro 6,000 gross for top performers.

Qualix D.O.O. Beograd is dedicated to sales and distribution of Adrian Magnus premium cigar brand. With a growing presence in the European and U.S. markets, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to help us expand our global footprint and strengthen our partnerships across key international markets.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage both online and field B2B sales operations, focusing on building, training, and evaluating and guiding sales agents’ performance. The role is accountable for developing and managing distribution channels, work with partners, and expansion through structured wholesale/distribution relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and Managing B2B Sales Teams

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing online and field B2B sales teams:
    • online sales – understanding how B2B phone sales work as well how inside team should be organized and call & follow-up discipline built, pipeline stages managed, closing rates improved
    • field sales – defining territory coverage/prioritize cities or areas each agent should cover, store prioritizing
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs; monitor daily and weekly activities to ensure consistent execution
  • Analyze sales reports and team performance, identifying gaps and providing support for underperforming team members
  • Drive discipline, accountability, and a results-oriented sales culture across both online and field channels
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, pipeline efficiency, and overall sales performance
  • Train and develop B2B sales agents in a structured sales process, ensuring effective presentation of the brand, clear communication of the value proposition, strong objection handling, and consistent execution through to closing
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and communicate the company’s value proposition, while engaging distributors and partners to strengthen market presence and revenue growth

CRM Management

  • Manage pipelines, CRM systems, KPIs, commissions, and sales forecasting to achieve targets
  • Implement processes and strategies that ensure efficiency, revenue growth, and consistent performance across B2B sales channels

Distributor and Retail Network Development

  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key distributors and large wholesale partners
  • Expand business through structured, scalable distribution relationships

Strategic Planning and Reporting

  • Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with senior leadership to define B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
  • Monitor performance metrics, report progress, and identify areas for improvement

Operational Understanding

  • Ensure effective coordination between sales and operations
  • Maintain strong understanding of logistics, inventory constraints, order planning, supply limitations, and invoicing processes to support smooth execution and reliable order fulfillment

Requirements

Experience

  • 1–3 years managing both online and field B2B sales agents
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process for physical products
  • Proven experience coaching sales agents on selling and closing deals
  • Experience in KPI setting, monitoring, and enforcing sales discipline
  • CRM discipline and pipeline management experience
  • Experience in US and/or European markets is a strong advantage
  • Experience with distributors is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent English (C+); fluent Spanish or German is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and KPI tracking (conversion rates, pipeline value, forecast accuracy)
  • Experience with sales forecasting and planning tools
  • Ability to manage and analyze sales pipelines and performance reports
  • Familiarity with commission structures and incentive models
  • Understanding of order management and invoicing systems
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain coordination (logistics, stock planning, order flow)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data tracking
