As one of the largest transport & logistics groups in the Balkans, we are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Specialist to join our Freight Forwarding team in Zemun, Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations and commercial offers for road, sea and air freight.
Coordinate international transport operations across Europe and the Balkans.
Organize and monitor FTL, LTL, sea and air shipments.
Communicate daily with customers, carriers, agents and international partners.
Negotiate transport rates and identify the most efficient transport solutions.
Prepare transport orders and maintain transport documentation (CMR, invoices, PODs and other shipping documents).
Coordinate customs-related documentation with customs brokers.
Monitor shipments proactively and resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales reporting.
Contribute to achieving department revenue and gross profit targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding, transport operations or logistics sales.
Experience in road freight forwarding is essential; sea and air freight experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is considered an advantage.
Good command of English (additional languages are considered an advantage).
Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Proactive, customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
