SALES - RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English language
  • PC literacy
  • Results oriented
  • As a person you only accept high performance from yourself and others.
  • You have the ability to convince others to agree on your point of view and you are not giving up when meeting resistance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing new business within SMB and Key Accounts
  • Maintaining regular contact with Manpower’s main client contacts to ensure full business potential is realized
  • Networking with the clients’ key decision makers in order to identify and take advantage of new business opportunities
  • Focusing on ways in which Manpower can achieve a high level of integration with the customer
  • Translating trends and market developments into opportunities for the development of new products and services
  • Working with the team to ensure that agreed service level agreements are achieved
  • Taking an active role in the selection and recruitment of candidates
  • Demonstrating a commitment to self development and learning
  • Implementing ideas within corporate and budgetary constraints
  • Identifying areas of development
  • Ensuring HR processes are adhered to and relevant documentation is completed
  • Ensuring that company best practice is adhered to at all times in accordance with Manpower’s values and Company policies
  • Continuously monitoring market trends within the local marketplace to maintain competitive advantage
  • Demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry, applicants and clients’ businesses to ensure the service meets their needs
