Sales Representative - Binding Specialist

We’re seeking a full-time, remote Sales Representative & Binding Specialist. This role focuses exclusively on driving new business, generating qualified leads, and nurturing client relationships. As a Sales Representative & Binding Specialist, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a pipeline of prospective clients in targeted markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery calls and remote meetings, understanding client risk profiles, presenting appropriate insurance and risk-management solutions, and coordinating closely with the team. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, managing renewals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis, explain insurance products clearly, and match solutions to client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and internal teams.
