About Us
We are a growing transportation and logistics company serving the US market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth through the sale of trucks, trailers, transportation solutions, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics industry
- Sell trucks, trailers, and other transportation equipment
- Promote and sell the company's transportation, logistics, and support services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- No experience required! Previous sales or trucking industry experience is not necessary. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role.
- Willing and available to work the second shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Ability to work from our office in Belgrade (on-site position)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
