Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Present company services and negotiate contracts with potential customers
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Professional and customer-oriented approach
• Must be willing to work on-site in New Belgrade

Additional Advantage
