What You Will Do

You will work with companies across Serbia that need reliable employees, and support them through our international recruitment solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Communicating with business clients (owners, HR, directors)
• Understanding hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
• Managing the full sales process (from first contact to closing)
• Building long-term, professional relationships
• Organizing your work, pipeline, and follow-ups independently
• Collaborating with a supportive international team

This is structured, professional B2B sales, focused on value, not pressure.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Strong communicators with confidence and clarity

• Fluent Serbian
• Solid English (for internal communication)
• Experience in sales is an advantage, but we also value potential, attitude, and professionalism
