Your Role

As SAP End‑to‑End Supply Chain Business Consultant, you are the functional SAP authority for supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver.

You ensure that supply chain requirements are translated into coherent, integrated and scalable SAP solutions across planning and execution. You work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance (FI/CO) and IT, ensuring end‑to‑end process integrity in a complex, global SAP landscape.

You focus on process and solution depth, not on global strategy ownership or operational line management.

Your Responsibilities

End‑to‑End SAP Supply Chain Expertise

• Act as functional SAP expert across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver
• Ensure end‑to‑end process consistency across SAP modules and regions
• Identify and resolve cross‑process and cross‑module gaps
• Support global harmonization in a brownfield SAP environment

SAP Solution Design & Integration

• Design and align SAP solutions across:
• SAP S/4HANA (e.g. MM, PP, SD, LE/EWM – depending on scope)
• SAP IBP (demand, supply, response, inventory planning)
• Define and safeguard integration between planning (IBP) and execution (S/4HANA)
• Ensure consistent master data, transactional flows and planning objects
• Review and challenge SAP solution designs from IT or external partners

Business & Finance Alignment (FI/CO)

• Collaborate closely with Finance on inventory, valuation, working capital and cost transparency
• Ensure supply‑chain‑related SAP processes are financially consistent and auditable
• Support alignment between operational processes and FI/CO requirements
• Solid understanding of FI/CO touchpoint relevant to supply chain processes

Implementation & Enablement Support

• Translate business requirements into SAP‑ready functional concepts
• Support SAP rollouts, enhancements and change initiatives
• Contribute to testing, validation and business sign‑off
• Support key users and stakeholders with process and solution expertise

Your Profile

Professional Experience

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Strong hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end supply chain processes in SAP
• Experience working in global, complex and brownfield SAP landscapes
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP supply chain consulting or implementation experience
• Experience in stakeholder management across business, finance, and IT
• Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or logistics industry

SAP & Technical Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain
• Proven track record in full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or brownfield migrations
• Solid understanding of SAP IBP and its integration with execution systems
• Good understanding of FI/CO impacts related to inventory and supply chain processes
• Experience working with interfaces, data flows and cross‑module integration
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere
• Exposure to SAP Rice or GROW with SAP cloud transformation programs
