General Logistic Officer

Job description:

- Receiving and responding to customer requests professionally and urgently

- Improving knowledge about the organization's products and services, as well as customer policy

- Interactions with the customer regarding documents when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties in other departments

- Providing explanations to clients' questions in order to better understand and accept requests

- Organization of delivery and monitoring of delivery to customers

- Collection and analysis of long-term customer forecasts, weekly orders, Kanban orders and exchange of information regarding orders

- Responsible for product settlement, billing, settlement and receipt

- Responsible for the need for various items for production purposes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics

- In possesion of similar working experience - prefferable

- Able to communicate on English on daily basis

- Proficient in office software, ERP system

- Familiar with the on-site process of logistics and warehousing

- Organizing skills, proactivity, precision and systematic skills

- Active driver
