Scrum EDU Program
You will:
- Be involved in our 3-6 months capacitation program for Scrum Masters
- Acquire hands-on experience by interacting with real teams and working on a live project
- Gain exact knowledge about scrum and the skill set related to the Scrum Master role
- Get certified (if not already) for Scrum by one of the top (and most demanding) licensing organizations in the industry
- Upon completion of the education program, start working as a full-time Scrum Master
You have:
- Degree in Computer science, Project management, Psychology, or similar
- Willingness to learn, and proven results that you have acquired new comprehensive knowledge in the past
- Openness to embrace a new mindset and high sense
- High social competence and empathy
- Previous working experience involving the realization of projects in the IT/software field is a big plus
- Tech-savvy interests and skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Communication skills, ability to listen and pro-actively thinking and acting
