We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sea Freight Operations Specialist to join a growing freight forwarding team in Belgrade.

YOUR ROLE

Manage and coordinate LCL & FCL shipments from booking to delivery
Handle bookings and shipping documentation
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, terminals and transport providers
Monitor ETD / ETA and shipment status
Communicate with customers and provide timely updates
Coordinate import/export operations and inland transportation
Resolve operational issues and delays
Check and control transport-related costs and documentation
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced freight forwarding professional, ideally with 3+ years of hands-on sea freight experience.

You should be someone who:

Understands LCL & FCL operations beyond the basic workflow
Can independently manage shipments from booking to delivery
Is comfortable communicating with international partners
Knows how to react when something doesn't go according to plan
Takes responsibility rather than simply forwarding problems
Understands the importance of customer service in freight forwarding
Is organized, commercially aware and detail-oriented
Has good command of English

Experience with LCL consolidation, NVOCC, overseas agent networks and inland transportation will be considered a strong advantage.
