
Sea Logistics Sales
- Drive new business by actively identifying and pursuing opportunities within the SME segment
- Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio through proactive sales activities and relationship management
- Deliver accurate and competitive pricing in alignment with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Sea Logistics products, trade lanes, and market dynamics
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain high-quality data in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting of sales activities
- Take ownership of your accounts and successfully close deals to achieve targets
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced level of English
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Adaptability, resilience, and a positive mindset towards change
- Good organization and time management skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and continuous improvement
