• Processing alarm signals using specialized software;
• Responding in accordance with standard operating procedures;
• Coordinating with mobile security response teams;
• Maintaining continuous communication with clients and their representatives;
• Video monitoring of protected facilities;
• Vehicle fleet monitoring and GPS tracking.

Requirements:

• High school diploma minimum;
• Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of English is preferred;
• High level of responsibility, focus, and emotional stability under pressure;
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills;
• Willingness to work in shifts (day/night shifts).
