Senior Accountant

Eurofast is a regional business advisory organization employing local advisors in over 25 cities across the emerging markets of South East Europe & Middle East (SEEME). It offers a range of professional services, including Tax & Transfer Pricing, Payroll & Employment Services, Accounting & Compliance, and Advisory & Corporate.

Our Belgrade office is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Department in our office in Niš, Serbia.

Job Description:

• Preparation and booking of accounting documents
• Preparation of year-end statutory reports
• Ensuring timely and accurate depreciation postings
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the Pantheon software is considered an advantage
• VAT return calculation and booking
• Performing account reconciliations
• Knowledge of e-invoicing portal reporting (SEF reporting)
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation and tax requirements

Requirements – What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or university degree in Economics, Finance, or a similar field
• Advanced knowledge of Serbian accounting legislation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Responsibility and flexibility at work; being a team player with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
