Sebia Zijin Copper DOO is the company operating in the Zijin Mining Group. It was founded on December 18th, 2018, on the day when Zijin signed the closing documents with the Government of the Republic of Serbia, i.e., the Contract on taking over 63% of the ownership in RTB Bor. Zijin’s first Company in Serbia, and in the Balkans, is called Serbia Zijin Copper DOO and is the only producer of copper and precious metals (gold and silver) in Serbia. Serbia Zijin Copper DOO deals with the research and exploitation of copper ore, whose processing produces high-quality cathode copper and precious metals in the smelter. The Company owns four copper mines (Veliki Krivelj, Novo Cerovo, Jama and Copper Mine Majdanpek), the Limestone Mine and the Smelter.

Senior Auditor

Location: Bor

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of specific audit projects and participates in the formulation of audit plans; carries out internal audit work, reviews and evaluates the appropriateness, legality and effectiveness of business activities and internal controls, and prepares audit working papers;
• Carries out the company's comprehensive risk management work, establishes and improves risk management mechanisms, carries out major risk assessment and monitoring, prepares risk assessment reports, and proposes risk control measures;
• Carries out the company's internal control work, reviews and regularly evaluates the soundness, rationality and effectiveness of the company's internal risk control and risk management systems and their implementation, and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to continuously improve the effectiveness of internal control;
• Executes supervision procedures for the implementation of the company's procurement, sales, and capital business. Reviews and controls the compliance and rationality of the company's relevant business processes;

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting related majors;
• 5 years or more of working experience in finance and auditing positions, with priority given to those with auditing experience in well-known accounting firms and experience in risk control and auditing in large enterprises;
• Strong logical judgment, digital analysis and written expression skills;
• Fluent in English, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
