Senior Brand Manager

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager / Brand Lead to lead the development of one of the leading licensed B2C gambling brands in the Serbian market.

About the Role

This is not a classic performance marketing role. The main focus of this position is brand building, increasing brand awareness, and managing all brand communication activities: outdoor advertising, TV campaigns, reach campaigns, communication strategy, and other brand-building channels.

We are looking for not just a strong executor, but an expert who can:

• define and drive brand development strategy;
• build and improve brand marketing processes;
• act as an expert and mentor for the current Brand Manager;
• help the team raise the overall level of brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy;
• Manage all areas of brand marketing;
• Plan and oversee large-scale brand awareness campaigns;
• Manage outdoor advertising activities and long-term advertising flights;
• Develop TV advertising and other image-building channels;
• Analyze competitors and develop differentiation strategies;
• Build and improve brand communication strategy;
• Monitor brand perception and customer feedback in the market;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of brand awareness activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C companies;
• English — B2+ mandatory;
• Portfolio with cases, campaigns, and results is preferred but not mandatory.
