We are currently recruiting for the role of:

Senior Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining regular communication with wholesale customers and organizing the order intake process
• Executing planned sales activities with wholesalers, while ensuring compliance with the required sales structure
• Preparing customer invoices for goods delivered within Serbia and Montenegro
• Introducing customers to new products and the company’s marketing activities
• Calculating and processing customer rebates
• Monitoring commercial activities and ensuring adequate availability of PharmaSwiss products at wholesalers
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and inventory levels, with reporting by sales channel category, customer, and product
• Proposing activities and corrective measures to improve sales performance
• Preparing the required specifications for the issuance of bills of exchange
• Preparing documentation related to the return of goods
• Updating pricing data
• Coordinating activities related to participation in tenders through wholesalers and controlling the collected tender documentation
• Preparing export documentation
• Recording and maintaining all relevant data for the assigned customer group
• Monitoring accounts receivable due dates and communicating with customers regarding payment collection

Requirements:

• University degree in Pharmacy preferred, or secondary education in Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical company
• Good computer skills (MS Office, advanced MS Excel skills)
• Good command of English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
