Job title: Senior Data Analyst (Total Rewards)

Position Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs. This role operates as a subject matter expert supporting the design integrity, compliance, and execution of key global programs, including global allowances, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), short-term incentive plans, and the annual focal compensation planning cycle. Working under the direction of the Senior Executive Director of Global Compensation, the role partners cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compensation policies, adherence to governance frameworks, and effective program delivery across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Global Compensation Program Governance
- Support governance and oversight of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment to corporate philosophy, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Maintain and enhance program documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, audits, and analysis; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure consistent application of programs across regions while allowing for local market considerations
Global Allowances Programs
- Administer and track global allowance programs
- Ensure policy adherence and proper approvals in line with governance standards
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely execution
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
- Support global ESPP administration, including eligibility tracking, enrollment, and compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Payroll)
- Ensure program operates in compliance with local regulations and global policies
- Analyze participation trends and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and efficiency
Short-Term Incentive (STI) Programs
- Assist in the governance and administration of global STI plans, including plan documentation, eligibility, and payout validation
- Coordinate data inputs and validation processes with Finance and HR partners
- Support reporting and analytics related to incentive outcomes and effectiveness
Annual Focal Compensation Cycle
- Play a key role in the annual compensation review cycle (merit, bonus, equity where applicable)
- Support planning, system readiness, and validation of compensation data
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation processes and policies
- Ensure quality control, data integrity, and adherence to timelines
Analytics & Reporting
- Perform analyses on compensation trends, program utilization, and cost impacts
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and governance oversight
- Identify insights and recommend improvements to program design and delivery
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on compensation policies and practices
- Support training and communication efforts for compensation programs
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions
- Support audits (internal/external) and respond to compliance-related inquiries
- Identify control gaps and support implementation of corrective actions
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in compensation, preferably with global exposure
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Experience administering compensation programs such as incentives, stock plans, or allowances
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience with global compensation programs and cross-border governance
- Familiarity with ESPP or equity compensation administration
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations across multiple regions
- Experience with compensation planning tools and reporting platforms
