We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our team to help us build the best mobile banking application. The ideal candidate should be able to use their experience, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive DevOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Configure, provision, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
• Collaborate with software engineers to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
• Use cloud-native technologies, AWS cloud platform, operating systems (Linux), container and orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes with an emphasis to build tools for automation and orchestration of our workloads
• Identify performance offenders and work with engineers to optimize the platform
• Automate and document operational processes
• Plan, create, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Implement best practices in building, profiling, and monitoring high performance high availability solutions

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or other equivalent technical disciplines
• 3+ years of experience with using a broad range of cloud-native technologies and stacks
• IaC tools on cloud
• Strong scripting and automation skills, implementing in Python, Bash, Go and similar languages
• Experience with containers, orchestration tools, and packages for automated deployment of containerized applications
• Experience with secret management tools and key management services
• Developer tools for source control, static code analysis, and test automation frameworks
• Linux kernel experience with good networking and network security knowledge
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD patterns and their applications
• Ability to maintain cloud-based solutions with an emphasis on cloud security

Nice to have

• Experience with could stacks AWS or GCP
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Containerd, and Helm
• Experience with Terraform or Boto3
• Experience with AWS KMS, Vault or other secret management and key management solutions, and cryptographic tools like gpg and openssl
• Experience with Argo CD, GitHub actions and Bitrise
