Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Brainstorm Solutions is a web development and digital marketing agency working with clients across the United States. We provide a full range of services including Digital Strategy, Web Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Content Creation and AI-powered marketing solutions. Our clients range from international brands to local businesses.

This position is hybrid (part office, part remote). Working hours are from 12H to 20H.

We are looking for a creative, organized and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, schedule and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube)
• Develop and analyze content calendars and strategy, aligned with client goals and marketing objectives
• Build data-driven strategy based on campaign results and performance analysis
• Create posts for feed and edit Reels, short-form videos, Stories and other engaging social media content
• Write compelling social media captions, website content and email newsletters
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Plan and execute PPC campaigns with the PPC team and analyze results to guide optimization
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing
• Update website content using WordPress or Shopify
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Lead client calls and collaborate with designers, developers and account managers on client projects
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, research, reporting and workflow automation
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media updates and emerging AI technologies

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a similar role
• Proven experience creating Reels, short-form videos and social media content
• Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current best practices
• Solid knowledge of email marketing and PPC advertising
• Experience working with WordPress and/or Shopify
• Comfortable leading client conversations and still hands-on with day-to-day execution
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
