Senior EHS Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Safety production management:

• Safety risk assessment and factory acceptance for the introduction of new processes and equipment;
• Safety training and education management, implementation of company level safety training for new employees, and supervision of workshop/team level safety training;
• Safety system certification and maintenance, such as ISO 45001.

Environmental management:

• Processing and maintenance of pollutant discharge permits and drainage permits;
• Operation supervision of environmental disposal facilities;
• Compliance, testing, total control, and implementation supervision of emission reduction plans for the three wastes;

Occupational Health Management

• Maintenance of configuration standards and specifications of labor protection equipment, and sorting out of wearing standards for each position;
• Supervision of pre employment, on-the-job, and post employment physical examinations for occupational diseases, occupational health testing, and management of six major occupational health records;

Security Management

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• More than 5 years of on-site management experience in manufacturing industry, and more than 3 years of EHS management experience in factories
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
• Holding EHS related certificates issued by the Serbian government
