CRE International is a real estate development consultancy company with broad experience in project/construction management, contract management, cost management, construction supervision, QA/QC, preparation of Feasibility studies and technical Due Diligence studies, design and technical control of design documentation.

CRE International gathers a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals from various fields of engineering – architectural, civil, high voltage electrical and low voltage electrical, HVAC, public health systems, transport systems, traffic, landscaping, energy efficiency engineering etc.

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer with drive and ambition to match our own.

The Senior Electrical Engineer reports to the Chief Electrical Engineer. On certain projects Senior Electrical Engineer will work within the project team and report directly to the Project Manager. Senior Electrical Engineer is intended to work both in functional and project organization.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Construction Supervision in accordance with the Serbian laws and regulations
• Technical Control of design documentation in accordance with the Serbian laws and regulations
• Project Management and coordination of electrical works throughout the project planning phase
• Project Management and coordination of electrical works during the construction phase

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, execution, PM or Construction Supervision of electrical works
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development of real estate projects
• Licenses 350 and 450 issued by Serbian Chamber of Engineers are mandatory
• Possession of licenses 351 and 352 issued by Serbian Chamber of Engineers is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Revit software
• Strong written and oral proficiency in and English and Serbian (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus
• Driving licence (B category)
