Our solutions are primarily built using low-code platforms like OutSystems and Flowy, integrated with powerful AI like Anthropic and OpenAI. We also create traditional web apps using Java, React and Vue.js when needed. We work with a variety of industries: e-commerce, non-profit, enterprise - always focusing on scalability, user experience, and performance. We follow an agile development process and work closely with our clients to deliver iteratively, transparently, and with flexibility.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong back-end experience who’s eager to dive into the world of low-code development. In this role, you’ll:

• Learn and master new platforms: OutSystems and Flowy (our in-house automation engine) for workflow automation.
• Work with modern AI technologies: integrate and apply LLMs such as OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) to solve real business problems - document processing, automation, classification, and decision support.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable solutions that streamline business operations and integrate with existing systems.
• Directly collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional, innovative solutions.
• Explore new technologies and approaches to help our clients stay ahead of the competition.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a senior full stack developer, with strong back-end skills in languages like Go, Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL or similar) as well as NoSQL databases.
• Comfort working across the stack: APIs, data modeling, architecture, and front-end when needed.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset - you’ll be learning OutSystems and Flowy with our support.
• Experience working with low-code platforms is a plus (but not required).
• Good communication and collaboration skills – we work closely with clients and value transparency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
