Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the brand’s design strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives.
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative design ideas that strengthen the brand’s visual identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Manage and evolve the brand’s visual identity, including brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality and consistent design output.
• Create and oversee advanced visual content, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
• Support marketing and communication initiatives through strong visual solutions and campaign assets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies to continuously enhance creative quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF levels 6 or 7) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and create engaging visual content across multiple platforms (web, mobile, social media, print).
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English.
