Senior Group Business Controller

We are looking for 
Senior Group Business Controller
Novi Sad 

YOUR TASKS: 

• Global Budgeting & Forecasting
  Assist global FPA head on annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and mid-to-long-term strategic financial planning for the global group. Partner closely with regional and business line leaders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of the budget
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support
  Conduct monthly global financial analysis (revenue, EBITDA, DIO, cashflow, etc.), deliver monthly management analysis reports, identify business trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Data Governance & Accounting Alignment
  Work closely with the accounting team to align data flows based on accounting standards. Ensure the accuracy of underlying data used for analysis and drive an efficient connection between accounting and FP&A.
• System Optimization & Digital Transformation
  Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and daily operation of LucaNet and SAP systems. Drive FP&A process automation and data governance to improve team efficiency.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5+ working experience and 2+ years in FP&A, financial planning, or a related analytical role, with a solid foundation in accounting.
• English as a working language
• Proficient in SAP (FI/CO modules) and advanced Excel skills 
• Strong financial modeling and multi-dimensional variance analysis skills.
• Logical, highly sensitive to data, and able to extract key insights from large data sets
• Experiance in automotive industry will be consider as advantage .
