This role plays a critical part in shaping company culture, supporting business growth, and building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Develop and manage performance frameworks, KPIs, and employee development programs
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
- Support leadership development, onboarding, and career pathing programs
- Oversee compensation reviews, salary structures, and total rewards initiatives
