We are looking for:

Senior Lean Planner

Your responsibilities: ► Identify strengths and weaknesses of plant existing processes ► Independent implementation and coordination of improvement projects ► Leading interdisciplinary teams for process optimization ► Assisting in the development of new standardized processes using BPS methodologies in fields of: quality, delivery, costs, and manufacturing ► Ensuring “process change” happen across functional and department boundaries ► Supporting in reporting lean implementation progress ► Monitoring all aspects of new process implementation ► Supporting in the creation of the current state and future state value-stream maps and the implementation plan for getting from present to future status ► Maintaining and periodically updating of the implementation plan ► Checking the flow of the value stream daily (Pentagon and Point CIP: Continuous Improvement Process) ► Training in lean tools to all levels of employees ► Moderation and leading Lean Workshops (preparation, moderation and tracking open points till implemented) ► Developing of Visual management strategies ► Engage employees to adopt Lean Management Principles

Your profile:► University degree in Industrial or mechanical Engineer or in a comparable field of study ► Proved experience in lean tools required (5S, Kaizen, TPM,A3..)

 ► Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) ► Proactive person to make change happen (coordinates and motivates) ► Organized, rigorous person ► Good team player ► Strong analytical skills ► Strong leadership and people management skills ► Ability to think in an analytical, holistic and logical way, develop strategies and translate them into actionable plans for realization ► Fluency in English language ► Fluency in German language is an advantage
