We are looking for creative people to join our team on the following position:

Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer

You will lead a team that will work with one of the major ICT companies in the world.As a Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer you will have to promote and display initiative and innovation, have strong research practices and deliver high quality deliverables, on time and budget. You will need to be able to work in an agile development process and employ best-in-class testing practices. Additionally, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and thorough in your approach to research methodology, but flexible enough to work within time and product constraints.

Your responsibilities may include any of the following:

• Bug life cycle management – defect tracking, defect reporting, defects analysis and defect verification
• Quality judgments and recommendations
• Software requirements review
• Test plan and test cases creation
• Black box/white box testing
• Manual & automation testing
• Functional testing
• Performance, load and stress testing
• Security testing
• Coordinating and communicating between different geo-located teams

Additionally, you will have to demonstrate:

·Good report writing skills

·Very good people management skills

·Ability to interview people and make “hire/no hire” proposals

·“Lead by example” attitude

·Eagerness for continuous improvement and acquiring new expertise in process and tools

But we set the bar high, here is what we expect:

• 5+ years related experience as a software quality assurance engineer (or similar)
• Strong technical background
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and QA cycles
• Strong Knowledge of OOP
• Exeprience with Automation Tools (Java/jUnit, Python, etc.)
• Experience with testing mobile applications, preferably Android
• Familiar with Scrum methodology and framework
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good leadership and communications skills
• Team work

Following skills will be considered an advantage:

• Excellent knowledge of Linux platform
• Sound knowledge in networking fundamentals
