Key Tasks:

Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Manage campaign budgets and bids to achieve targets such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, or lead volume
Develop and test audience, channel, creative, and landing page strategies
Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
Set up and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality or conversion tests
Work with analytics and tracking setups to support reliable measurement and attribution
Prepare performance reports and present results, insights, and actionable recommendations
Advise clients on performance strategy, measurement, and budget allocation
Participate in pitches, workshops, and new business initiatives

Your skills:

Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Experience with campaign measurement, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong understanding of performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue
Analytical, data-driven mindset and confidence working with large data sets
Ability to turn performance insights into clear optimization actions
Independent, structured working style with strong consulting, presentation, and communication skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken
