We are hiring Senior Procurement & Customer Service Specialist to support the procurement and customer service activities of HAVI Logistics, Serbia. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. 

The position is based in Belgrade, Ugrinovci.

Responsibilities:

Procurement

• Manage daily procurement activities to ensure product availability and supply continuity. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support actions to reduce supply risks and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate international transportation, and manage communication with customs agents. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export requirements.

Customer Service

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, claims, and operational inquiries. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure proactive communication on service-related topics.
• Ensure timely order processing and confirmation.
• Handle customer claims by registering, documenting and communicating.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and performance updates for customers and management.
• Support and coordinate the work of the local team. 

Requirements

• Fluent in Serbian and working level of English (B2)
• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and customs processes.
• Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage.
• Very good communication skills, attention to detail, team player
• MS Office
