Senior Profitability Analyst

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial ownership for the assigned category or channel in line with the operating model and internal governance.
• Business partnering and proactive collaboration with commercial teams to actively monitor budgets, financial performance, and key profitability drivers.
• Profitability planning & analysis during BP/RE cycles, including pricing strategies, commercial policies and optimization of profitability through mix management (packages, brands, channels, and territories).
• Operational planning & forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business assumptions.
• Profitability growth support through insightful reporting, variance analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Market evaluations for new market entries, initiatives, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiations support for key customers through evaluation of commercial initiatives and supporting decision-making.
• Working capital & cash flow analysis, with a clear understanding of category management impacts.
• Projects participation in cross-functional teams or leading projects in finance.
• Audit support, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial standards.
• Continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes to support key business indicators and decision-making.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A, preferably within a commercial sector or multinational company.
• Finance or accounting certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP HANA).
• Experience or strong interest in advanced reporting and data tools (Power Query, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• High level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail.
• Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for developing new reporting solutions, improving processes and procedures, and continuously strengthening technical skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
