Job title: Senior Project Manager – Technology & Innovation

Office location: Španskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

The Senior Project Manager will own and drive the successful delivery of complex Technology & Innovation projects, translating strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong personal ownership, tenacity and pace, with the ability to navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, remove obstacles and find pragmatic solutions. The role will also mentor and support more junior colleagues within the Belgrade team.

What will you be doing?

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex Technology & Innovation projects, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, scope and quality.
• Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and outcomes, maintaining momentum from initiation through to implementation.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities, removing obstacles and finding pragmatic solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Build strong relationships across Technology, the business and other functions, influencing stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority.
• Manage and communicate effectively with Senior Executives and Executive Leadership Team members, providing clear, concise updates, recommendations, risks and decisions required.
• Work confidently with technical teams, understanding technology challenges and translating them into clear business implications and outcomes.
• Ensure projects deliver business value and successful adoption, not simply technology outputs.
• Mentor and support more junior Project Managers, sharing knowledge and helping to build delivery capability across the Belgrade team.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to influence and constructively challenge Senior Executives and ELT.
• Tenacious, proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a “find a way” mindset when faced with obstacles, ambiguity or competing priorities.
• A pragmatic approach to project management — focused on outcomes rather than process for process's sake.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive delivery across organisational boundaries.
• Experience working with technical teams and sufficient technical understanding to engage with Architecture, Engineering and other technology specialists.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or developing other Project Managers.
• Strong experience managing scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Project/Programme Management accreditation.
