Job title: Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Čačak, Serbia

Your responsibilities encompass:

• Stepwise implementation of PWO Group quality standards at our Serbian location
• Application of APQP/MLA knowledge throughout the product and process development lifecycle
• Method specialist for FMEA (moderation, action tracking, coordination with customers, further development of the FMEA system in line with international standards and customer requirements)
• Support internal and external audits (e.g. IATF16949, customer audits)
• Responsibility for Control Plan updates and implementation
• Implements preventive quality assurance measures and zero failure strategies
• Systematic and methodical handling of customer complaints (e.g. 8D reports)
• Support key customers through strategic quality management
• Structured problem-solving in case of customer issues using standard QM methods
• Communication with customers through customer portals
• Instructs employees assigned to testing duties and assist with problem situations as well es train employees regarding quality methods
• Evaluate test results and initiate corrective and preventive measures
• Prepare and monitor quality KPIs and statistical reports
• Claim management (customer, internal  and supplier complaints)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering profession additional qualification with focus on quality management would be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as quality engineer in automotive area
• Outstanding knowledge about quality management tools, methodologies and standards
• Independent, accurate work according to standards and regulations
• High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
• Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking
• Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1
