Senior Quality Engineer

Wacker Neuson is a leading multinational company in the field of manufacturing construction machinery and equipment. With more than 300 production groups, in 50 branches worldwide and 140 service centers, this company has over 4,600 employees at the Wacker Neuson group level. 

Wacker Neuson Kragujevac is located in the Industrial Zone, produces parts for construction machines and has about 550 employees. 

Due to the increased workload, our team needs a Senior Quality Engineer business profile.

Job description:

• Planning of internal audits, quality systems and processes, and participation in their implementation, preparation of reports and measures for improvement 
• Participation in the creation of quality system procedures, holding training sessions for users and taking care of implementation 
• Planning and participation in the analysis of the MSA measurement system 
• Basic knowledge of 3D measurements  
• Participation in work on improving the quality of suppliers and purchased materials, complaints, communication, audits, PPAP 
• Creation of the Control Plan for products in the production program and participation in the creation of other process documents 
• Participation in the creation of standard documentation for the workplace such as visual instructions, their implementation with worker training and subsequent effectiveness checks 
• Monitoring the results of inspections, measurements and tests, if necessary and monitoring through SPC, data processing and reporting, planning measures for improvement 
• Planning and implementation of LPA, preparation of reports and measures for improvement 
• Participating in communication with customers, assistance in processing complaints, communication, PPAP, making improvement plans 
• Problem solving according to the 8D method with use known quality tools, preparing reports and ensuring the implementation of measures 
• Collecting and processing data on non-conformances and quality problems, making weekly and monthly reports, taking care of KPIs and improvement planning 
• Planning and participating in the implementation of trainings for your quality team as well as other teams where required 
• Participation in the APQP process and new projects, communication and preparation of relevant documentation 
• Participation in PFMEA analysis with relevant teams 
• Communication with other services relevant to the performance of work related to quality, such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Project and others.

Conditions:

• VII degree of vocational education, mechanical orientation
• Knowledge of the English language
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, in the same or similar jobs
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software
• Experience working with SAP
