About Us
Echelon Consulting LLC is a Miami-based digital marketing and talent management firm helping brands, creators, and public-facing individuals grow their digital presence, build engaged audiences, and create scalable social media systems that drive measurable results.
We’re ambitious, fast-moving, and growth-oriented. We operate our agency like a studio, connecting more than 40 team members across the world to serve a wide range of clients with consistency, speed, and high standards.
What It’s Like Working at Echelon
At Echelon, we don’t settle for “good enough”. We care about execution, ownership, and improvement.
We move quickly, we expect people to take responsibility seriously, and we invest in people who prove they are dependable, committed, and eager to grow.
For the right person, this is not just a role where you complete assigned tasks. It is an opportunity to take real ownership, become a trusted part of a growing international company, and shape how your area of the business develops over time.
Strong performance is recognized. People who consistently deliver, improve systems, and create meaningful value are given more responsibility, more influence, and more room to grow with the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of hiring across the company and help build a more structured, reliable, and scalable recruitment function.
You’ll oversee open roles from intake through offer, coordinate with hiring managers, manage the overall candidate pipeline, and make sure roles are moving forward consistently. A major part of the role will be improving how we hire. Our current recruitment processes are still evolving, so you’ll be expected to identify gaps, introduce better systems, establish and maintain hiring platforms, improve sourcing channels, refine pipeline stages, and create more consistency around how candidates are evaluated and moved through the process.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be joining a growing company where not everything is already documented, optimized, or perfectly organized. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working through that, solving problems as they appear, and building better processes rather than waiting for a finished system to be handed to them.
Responsibilities
- Owning the company-wide recruitment pipeline and making sure every open role is moving forward consistently from initial intake through offer, hire, and onboarding
- Working with hiring managers to understand what they actually need from each role, clarify expectations, and turn those requirements into clear candidate profiles and hiring criteria
- Establishing and maintaining the hiring platforms, job boards, sourcing channels, and recruitment tools used by the company
- Making sure every role has a clear hiring process before recruiting begins, including who is involved, what each interview stage is evaluating, and how final decisions will be made
- Fully owning and conducting all candidate interviews across every stage of the hiring process, ensuring consistent evaluation standards and high-quality decision making
- Building and maintaining interview scorecards, screening questions, assessments, and other evaluation tools for different positions
- Creating reusable recruitment systems, templates, SOPs, and documentation so hiring becomes less dependent on individual people remembering what to do
- Working closely with operations and department leaders to understand upcoming hiring needs and prepare recruitment efforts before positions become urgent
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Proven experience owning recruitment processes from start to finish
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to conduct structured, high-quality candidate interviews across different types of positions
- Experience creating and using interview scorecards, screening questions, assessments, structured interview frameworks, or similar candidate evaluation tools
- Strong understanding of sourcing and the ability to identify, test, and improve candidate acquisition channels across job boards, recruitment platforms, outbound sourcing, referrals, agencies, and other methods
- Ability to prioritize hiring needs and keep recruitment moving even when several roles are open simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with candidates, hiring managers, external partners, and senior team members
- Ability to create clear SOPs, templates, documentation, and instructions that allow other team members to execute parts of the recruitment process consistently
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment for virtual assistants, remote operators, or similar positions where frequent hiring and naturally higher turnover are expected
- Previous experience working in a fast-moving startup or similarly unstructured environment where processes, responsibilities, and priorities were still being developed
What We’re Offering
- Competitive Starting Salary: between $1000-$1500 per month
- Fast-Track Growth: Show us you’re dependable, sharp, and capable, and you won’t be waiting years to move up. High performers quickly earn more responsibility within a couple of months, with compensation that reflects that.
- Work from Anywhere: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive.
