Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire mass recruitment and selection process for entry-level positions in the private security sector.
• Designing and implementing strategies to attract a large volume of candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, field campaigns).
• Conducting daily telephone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Managing the candidate database, screening resumes, and regularly updating HR software.
• Tracking recruitment success metrics, reporting to management, and proposing new solutions to optimize the hiring process.
• Collaborating with operations managers to ensure the timely fulfillment of open positions.

What We Expect from You (Requirements):

• 1 to 3 years of work experience (Experience in mass recruitment, sales, or a Call Center will be considered a major advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Stress resistance and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Resourcefulness and proactivity in finding new candidate sourcing methods.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite).
