Context: Synechron Serbia is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Synechron Serbia Recruitment Team and help us find and select the best talent to join the company.

Responsibilities:

• Source, contact and pre-screen candidates & conduct HR interviews
• Focus on recruiting and screening candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals) and techniques to identify candidates
• Engage and activate passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs
• Build strong professional relationships to maintain a network of potential candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with new IT industry/Recruitment trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Recruiter
• Previous experience in IT industry
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiating, closing and follow-through skills
• Result-oriented, persistent professional with a proactive attitude
• Team player, highly collaborative personality
